Official verb: train on the treadmill to gain Speed. Guide detail is from Sportskeeda, 28 Sep 2026.

Speed is the treadmill, then a Trail

Train it

  1. Walk onto the treadmill in your base. The guide says Speed is the only stat this training raises, and it is what decides whether you outrun the monster after a steal.
  2. Buy the treadmill upgrade from the sign board beside it when you have the Cash. The guide says that purchase improves training efficiency. It does not publish the price ladder.
  3. The same guide mentions a Would You Rather minigame you can play while training. It says the minigame has no gameplay benefit. That claim is one article, written before the 2 October 2026 experience update, and was not rechecked in-game.

Trails, not Rebirth

Sportskeeda’s trails article (published 28 Sep 2026) says Trails are bought with Cash at a shop next to the map entrance and apply a Speed multiplier that stays on while equipped. It also says this experience does not use a Rebirth reset. In games that do, Rebirth wipes progress for a permanent bonus. Here the sourced substitute is the next Trail you can afford.

The article’s table of Trail names, multipliers, and Cash costs was not saved. Fetches on 3 October 2026 returned HTTP 403, and the search snippet stopped before the numbers. This page does not guess those rows. Buy from the in-game shop board, which shows the current price.

What not to copy from other treadmill games

Search results for “treadmill” plus this title also returned +1 Speed Keyboard Escape videos. Those rebirth and win counts are a different experience. The pass named X2 Unbox Speed! is a Robux purchase, not a treadmill level. Its description was empty. See pass prices.
